Concept of the project was based on recreating the atmosphere of historic time (which facade itself testifies about) by using and accentuating materials of that time (terrazzo, marble, brick…) and also by keeping existing elements (doors,fireplace) visualy in their initial form but for some of them with new role (fireplace becomes door). Creating an atmosphere like this gets patients more comfortable and swithces focus of the youngest ones from fear to the experience of space itself.
