The existing ruin of a traditional Mediterranean house located on the site was the inspiration to build a new house that will retain the basic elements of the building (floor plan ratios, openings ratios, roof slope), but still fit the context of the place and the wishes of the investor. The house is introverted towards the north and west roads (except for the main entrance which is covered with utility loggia), but also extroverted to the south (sea) and yard with loggias on the first floor and large openings on the ground floor.
